Colleagues in conversation at a meeting table

Let’s talk

Book a call, or just ask.

Tell us what is not working and we will come back with a straight answer — including when that answer is that you do not need us.

Get in touch

Start a conversation.

What happens after you send this

  1. We read it, not a bot Your message reaches an engineer, not a queue. If it is clearly not our field we will say so and point you somewhere better.
  2. A reply within one working day We work 08:00 to 17:00 CET, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.
  3. A call at a time that suits you Thirty minutes, no slide deck, no obligation. We will ask questions about your process before suggesting anything.

We use what you send to reply to you, nothing else. No list, no sales sequence.

Before you write

Questions people ask first.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes, and it is a conversation rather than a pitch. We will ask about your process, your constraints and what you have already tried. If there is a cheap fix that does not involve us, we will tell you about it.

What should I include in the message?

Whatever you already know: what is not working, roughly how many people it affects, and any deadline you are working to. You do not need a specification — helping write one is part of the job.

We are only exploring. Is that a waste of your time?

No. A good number of our conversations end with a recommendation to wait, to fix a process first, or to buy something off the shelf. That is a useful outcome for both of us.

Do you work outside Spain?

Yes. We are based in Málaga and work across Europe. Being in the EU matters for the GDPR, data residency and NIS2 questions that come with most of this work.

The difference

Two ways this conversation can go.

The usual sales call

  • A slide deck about the supplier, before anyone asks about your process.
  • A proposal sized to what they want to sell rather than what you need.
  • Follow-up sequences you did not ask to be on.

A conversation with us

  • Questions about how the work actually happens today.
  • An honest view of scope and cost, including the option of doing nothing.
  • One reply, and no follow-up unless you ask for it.
